And if they're extremely fussy, wear the tie. You look dashing in a button down and slacks, but the tie will give you an air of 'seriousness'. I don't think you could pull off a cravat like Percy, or I'd suggest that.

And I don't think I have the kind of shirt or waistcoat to go with a cravat, but I think he'd think I'd definitely be overdoing it.

And a waistcoat does help with a cravat, as does a vest. My mother was a seamstress. I suppose I could probably throw together something spectacular in the fashion that I'm used to seeing Percy wear, something perfectly bespoke, but that doesn't really seem your style, darling.

But, yes, I want to hear every detail of how it goes.

He was still pretty mad at me when he came back. But he says he's willing to work with me on this, so. Guess I'm just nervous that everything's gonna fall apart again.

But good call, I think if I showed up in something bespoke he'd think the shark got to me again.

That's always a good sign, him being willing to work things through. Stop thinking about things failing before they've started. You'll only created a self-fulfilling prophecy.

If you showed up in something bespoke, he'd probably think you were hoping to get married. It's a bit early for that.
